Added 10lbs to the thrusters (85) and dropped a band for pull ups (purple) and added 30 seconds from last time (9:44). Pretty happy all around. Liked the GHD ball toss cool down!

Worst Fran time than last…not sure what is going on :(. Guess I better start practicing butterfly pull ups.
