    mini wod RX’d 7:50 somethin. niki makes me work hard by trying not to fall to far behind her. Thanks for that push Niki…i need it. 🙂

  • Worked my way up to 285# on the back squats. 8:33 on the mini WOD. Enjoyed hanging with all the cool kids at the 9:00 am class this morning.

    Hey guys its tommy. Yeah I done this workout in Miami last Saturday. I have 3 more weeks until I get all my rogue crossfit gear. If you guys are ever in south Florida or the keys call me up and come crossfit at my house. You too Lucas. You most def will need that repellent down here lol…Hahaha. 859-486-3145

    9:09 on the WOD, still can’t get the double unders down, but soon enough I will.

    Fun working with Taryn tonight! Made it up to 170 on my back squat and finished the mini wod in 7:29.
