    Push Press: 75-85-95-105-115 (that’s a 15 lb pr!)
    Box jump: 28″
    Those box jumps were too terrifying for me…my adrenaline was pumping so hard my hands were shaking! So….I did some ring dips and snatches instead 🙂
    Great Job 5:30, Chad and Armando were jumping almost as high as Emily is tall!!
