I’d love to have some level of a funny remark or comment here, but thanks to the crossfit “F” word, I’m wrecked…so I’ve got nothing.
I was really excited about doing Fran today, but I woke up sick with a sore throat – need to be at my best for Fran. I’ll have to make it up next week. Good Luck to Everyone!

Started each pullup round with red band and finished with red and purple
6:28 PR
9-28-09 Fran time 6:32 with 55# thrusters, purple band
1-15-09 Fran time 7:25 with 65# thrusters, red band
Up in weight, downward in band- hey Coach Lucas, any thoughts on which of these two is the better “time” or most beneficial?
I’m sure I know the answer- “just do it as prescribed and you won’t have to worry about it!”

Great job everybody on the PR…my time was 12 sec slowest than my last Fran…next time I’m going for sub 4…
