WOD- "Death by Pull-ups"


With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

  • I did 7 rounds with the purple band, and 5 rounds plus ten with the red band. I am getting closer to having it on my own!!! 🙂

    11 rounds plus 7

    I did the first seven rounds with the red band and then added the purple on my eighth round.
