Great workout to kick off the week. Thanks to all for keeping me motivated. I thought I would never get through 100 pull-ups no matter how many bands I used. 100 “Real” push-ups though! No-knees. Yeah Wendy I’m pretty quiet but I’ll see how this posting works for me.
