    Did an abbreviated version of this WOD this morning after the 135 pound C/J WOD.

    275 x 3, 345 x 3, 395 x 3

    BTW..some good handstand skill work coaching by Lucas today. Much needed.

    Amy just loves to get crazy! I produced the same numbers except the 175 was a “F”ail for me………I’ll get ya next time girls.
