Lucas and Chris: Here is some info about milk. The trainers at Primal said that it builds up the muscle quicker than any other natural food because it is nature’s steroid. It boosts hormones, they said. But most importantly, it’s what Rippetoe says to do. He’s been getting guys bigger and stronger for 30 years. I’ll be sticking with the gallon-of-milk-a-day diet for about another month or (maybe two) then I’ll ween myself off and head back to paleo.
Oh, and in one week, I’ve added 10 pounds to my 5x Back Squat and 15 pounds to my 5x Front Squat. I’m dying to do the CF Total next month. It should definitely be up from 710.
