  • Lower back hurting from yesterday’s deadlifts. So, I did some overhead squats and lunges.

    OHS: 3×95/3×105/5×105

    Then…
    Lunge 400m.

    Absolutely brutal. A total of 381 lunges in 11:31. If I can get out of bed tomorrow, I may start believing in miracles. Hoping for 30 Muscle Ups for Time for Friday!

  • I did the WOD today in 8:08. I thought it was going to be easy but it really kicked my butt.
