  • Went out to run a nicely mapped 5K through 40 degree Chicago. Didn’t take into consideration the “stupid factor.” My 5K turned into an 11.67K (7.25 miles)!! Felt fresh the entire time and the knee only ached a little. It’s good to throw in one of those long runs every once in a while.
