3 rounds for time of:
10 deadlifts 225/155
20 box jumps 24″/20″
30 overhead walking lunges 45/25lb plate.
Rx’d this one at 11:50-something. I don’t know that I would have done the deadlifts at 155 if it hadn’t been for megHan behind me doing the same. I needed the push, girl – THANKS! Great job everybody at 5:30.
Did yesterday’s level 1 with Jarrett & Chad. I remember some, but not all of my times & passed all tasks!
1. 40 consecutive push ups (21 chest to ground on toes…19 on knees).
2. 65 sit ups under 2 min (1:31…I think)
3. 80 squats under 2 min (1:32…I think)
4. 20 burpees under 1 min (:51)
5. 70 second hand stand hold
6. 15 55# Thursters unbroken
7. 15 14# Wall Balls unbroken
8. 15 55# push press unbroken
9. 20 20″ consecutive box jumps
10. 15 double unders (new PR today of 42…thanks for beating me by ONE Jarrett-show off :))
11. 400m run under 1:55 (1:32ish)
p.s. way to rock the DL Toni & MegHan…I’m jealous 🙂
No stellar performance from me on this one. Jump on plates, 25# plate overhead, and 105 for DL. Took me almost 17 min to complete. Improvements on this are that I did all jumps (not 20inch box yet) and 10 more #’s since the last time we had a WOD that rounds with DL. 🙂
10:33? Or so on the WOD. Felt pretty good afterwards and decided to try and power-clean the 225 so I could rack it and take off the weights. I was a bit shocked at how easy it was (thought the weights were wrong), so I tried it with Jeff’s bar (225# also) and it was still pretty easy. I haven’t power-cleaned 225 since I was 17 (then again, I don’t think I did many cleans of any kind between HS and Xfit). Either yesterday was just one of those good days or maybe I should do some light deadlifts prior to our next clean session.
why don’t you just chop our legs off this week Lucas!
Left some crossfit induced blood on the floor at urban active last night. See everyone this afternoon
I agree with meghan! My hips were screaming at me on monday! but this wod looks like fun! see you all tonight!

Completed this WOD in 11:17. Great job by everyone at the 5:30 class. Tomorrows WOD will be shovel driveway for time.
Came back tonight and finished the level 1.
Completed and passed 10-11. Couldnt get the double unders.
Had to take off before I could do the WOD today. I will catch it up on Thursday.
Thanks Jeff for the offer to take your spot today. I should have taken you up on that.
