    Happy with the numbers today. 30 would have been nice on the 95#’s but my shoulders missed the meeting.

    Pre WOD warm-up: Scrape frosty windshield for time – 29 sec. (PR)

  • Wrist is still sore so I couldn’t do thrusters with the weight bar had to use two db’s.

    able to do more but not so fun when i WO at urban active. Like i said the other day : Swine flu is keeping me too busy to make it at 5, but tomorow i will be there at 4:30 !!
