Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Did a truncated version of this due to hands not quite being healed for good ‘ol Lynne. We’ll call it “Bar” (or lack thereof)

    5 Rounds of:
    30 Push ups
    40 Sit up
    50 Squats
