We have had a lot of action and several new faces coming thru the doors of UF lately, but people aren’t posting. Let’s see some numbers or hear your stories.
My story is that the banded HSPU the other day left a welt on my shin (when I crashed over) and a burn mark on my neck (from the second time I crashed over)……….but after all that, as a Crossfitter, I’m thinking, damn why didn’t I finish that last round!
