Make up day /skill work – show up at one of the available times and make up one of the previous WODs or work on a skills that need improvements.  NO 4:30PM today

The August Challenge

This month will be L-sit or any variation for time. Variations include but are not limited to: L-hang, tuck hang, tuck sit, V sit… . Also to make evaluation easier please use the same variation at the end of the month so we are comparing apples to apples. It is great if you have progressed but that should mean your beginning variant should be held longer than the first time.

This Saturday 8/8 10am- free WOD!  Members bring a friend- if your friend signs up you’ll be entered in a drawing for 1/2 off your September fees
