    Armando and Rich,

    Good Luck this weekend at the qualifiers! The Gauntlet has your names all over it! I know you guys will represent. Kick some a$$ and take some names. Then, take those names you just got and kick their a$$es…again, get names. Now, take that list of names and mail everybody postcards from the games in Aromas, CA saying “Wish you were here…so I could kick you your a$$ again… but you’re not”. 🙂 Best of Luck gentlemen !

  • I did just one of the many workouts everyone going to Regionals this weekend will be doing.

    5 rounds

    7 kb thrusters (ea. 25#)
    11 burpees

    Did a little less kb weight in order to save my arms from being bruised next week for my big day. Apparently, the weight was still heavy enough to leave the top of my forearms looking like they got nailed with a baseball… At least people will know I’m bad ass I guess.

    CrossFit rocks and I wish I was competing with you guys, Armando and Rich, this weekend!! You guys know what to do, just CrossFit your little hearts out. All my best to you two this weekend! (And to you too, Lucas, with that stop watch.)

    Great job this afternoon to Greg, Zach, Natalie (way to keep going all the rounds)—Crossfit has no such thing as a “quick, little workout”

    Chris and Emily- glad to have you. Looking forward to you two kicking some butt once you get familiar with things around UF.
