Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

    This WOD sneaks up on you! Seems pretty easy on the board, until you are doing it! Have fun!!

  • Gave it a shot today and had a big PR of 403. Chest-to-bar pullups, chest-to-deck pushups, unanchored situps, no butt ball on squats. Was very strict with counting.

    Mindy, you’ll be back at it in no time! Great job Wendy. Was fun training with you.
