    Jose crushed me on this 1 again. My running is getting alot better so I am stoked about that.
    Good workout but most of the class didnt make it.
    I guess the filthy 50 took its toll.

    Time: 25:43
    Thanks to Jenny for comin’ out today and focusing on getting through. Some days it just takes one step at a time 🙂
