Why is CrossFit so effective?

The prescription of “varied, if not random, functional movements performed at high intensities” elicits the exact neuro-endocrine response (fancy word for hormone production) in the body that allows for a more optimal and healthy lifestyle. Through CrossFit we are able to train all three metabolic pathways (Phosphagen, Glycolitic, and Oxidative) to achieve a balance in all areas of fitness.

    Missed this workout on Monday cause I stayed on vacation for an extra day…

    Five rounds for max reps of:
    Body weight(well, kinda close to it) bench press (95#)
    Pull-ups
