    175 pound Deadlift, 9 reps (lucas said that i was curving my back so i switched weights)

    not sure on time. around 20 i would guess. I was last one in so kike’s time plus 2min or so. good job to jeff he was struggling on that last 800 but I started to run with him and he finished it out strong.

    Hated it. Trust me, folks, I’ve been doing this over a year and it doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger and faster. But never easier…
