Round 2
10 KB Swings(55/35)
10 Box Jumps

Round 3
10 Wall Ball(20/14)
10 Push Ups

Round 4
5 Calorie Row
15 Squat Jumps

Round 5
5 Burpees
15 Knees to Elbows

    Round 2= 4
    Round 3= 5
    Round 4= 5
    Round 5= 4 + KE + 5 burpees.

    Round 1= 4+PP+8MBC
    Round 2= 4+5KB
    Round 3= 5+5WBS
    Round 4= 6
    Round 5= 3+5Burp

    Like i said a killer WOD!!!!!
