    35 lbs snatch r&l with L pull-ups for the first round.
    25 lbs snatch r&l with L pull-ups for the 2nd and 3rd.
    Time was 48:00. what a killer wod

    In honor of Joshie, I kept going when I otherwise wanted to quit. No quitters allowed!!!

    3 rounds for time:
    15- (15lb 1st round, 10lb 2nd/3rd) dumbbell snatch, left arm
    15-modified pull ups (knees up)
    15- (15lb 1st round, 10lb 2nd/3rd) dumbbell snatch, right arm
    15-modified pull ups (knees up)
