    Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
    95 pound Thruster

    Time 4:58 🙂

    4 min PR from my last Fran and 97 sec PR from my best Fran.

  • Congrats on the gym record, Armando. I’ll be chasing that in a few months when I’m good and recovered from my last one!
