    30:something…I liked learning a new move 13#kb for me.

  • I think my time was a little over 30 minutes with 25#. Felt good to be back at the box after a few days. Great job by Jill and everyone at the 4:30 class.

    Well this was just an awkward movement. Got it down though by the 3rd round. So I dislike running and we had seconds and thirds today. Time for me 30:10. Was hoping for 30:00 or under but I’ll take this as a small victory. Whew can we please not do this one again for a WHILE!
