    Nice WOD and warm up that felt like a WOD …5 am’ers rocked the Box !!! Time was 21:48 …bring on 12.2.

  • Those KB swings w/the 70lb bell whipped my butt. Happy that I was able to do it prescribed, along w/Armando, Sam and Doug and Karin. I heard a rumor that Tommy scaled down to 53lb. 🙂 Just bustin’ his chops. I think it took me a little over 29 minutes. Great job by everyone at the 5:30 group, especially the Baker women!

    25:56 for me I think. Couldn’t get through all 4 with 35 but finished all four rnds. Great job 5:30!

    The 53lb kb was plenty for me. 24:55 I think. Been a while since abs were the focus and it showed for me.
