Also, to update from yesterday…I got ten lbs on my pull ups (actually better than I expected since I just got my own pullups about a month ago). I also got 5 pullups in a row, a new PR! I guess I can stop counting now 🙂
Evan did a not-mini WOD with me: 21-15-9 burpees, back extensions, 95 lb front squats. Almost didn’t finish those squats, but pulled it out thanks to Lucas and Doug in 19:04. Tough!
Team Thunderbolt at 5 am …good morning welcome to a new WOD ….. Liz and I did 6 rounds …I can actually distinguish Lucas’s Car horn now from 12 other ones …..over the day I tried doing push ups every minute on the minute …just kidding. Great Fun thanks Liz for still yelling at me.

4.5 rounds for John and I. Seemed like Lucas hit that horn about 35 times. Cool down was unpleasant, but interesting.

Brett and I pulled off 4.9 (I was rounding the last corner when the horn went off). Both Rx’d and I wore a 20# vest.
Chad and I squeaked out 6 and 1/2 rounds. That one was deceptively tough…..
Brie and I got 5 rounds on this one. We definitely worked well together!
After the WOD and cool down I did the weighted pull ups. 30 was my max. I could have got 35 I’m certain-but time did not permit.
