Push Jerk yesterday 115#…I think? Really? That much of a difference between the two or am I getting that much weaker/slower. Oh well, hopefully it will be back after baby!

I think it took me an hour and a half to finish this mini WOD. I actually had people feeling sorry for me when i was about half way thru it and they were finished. Anyone that tells you to take time off to rest your body and you’ll come back stronger is full of crapola!! I might as well have started from scratch these last two workouts i’ve had!!!
