Recently one of our new guys said that the atmosphere here reminds him of “the support and camaraderie of a high school team working out together to win”……he’s right, CrossfitNKY just feels GOOD!!
Starting Thursday I will be bringing your REDS game tickets to the gym for pickup. Please make arrangements to pay for and/or pick up your tickets BEFORE 1:00 pm Saturday. I really don’t want to be in charge of them once I get a beer in my hands. i have a bad habit of leaving things in various places. 🙂
We will plan a meeting time & place on Saturday. I think Newport on the Levee is an easy place to park and hang out before the game, but if someone has a better idea let us know. We can either walk across the bridge or take the $1 Trolley bus to/from the game.
You know, some weeks I get to Wednesday and feel great…like I dont even need a rest day. Well, that’s not this week. I feel like I’ve been beat to hell and back after this week’s wods. See you guys on Friday 🙂

This workout got me to start looking at my training 2 years ago. Love love love this one!!! Finished in 16:11 Rx’d….would do it again right now if i could.

I felt sorry for Lucas after the small lake I left behind at 6am. The lingering soreness from the Bear did not help. 22:18

I think this was one of my favorites. 21:15 or something like that. Great job to everybody at 5:30 and 6:30..since I got to see all of you today!
