This one was just what I needed to get away from doing deadlifts today….ugh! Rx’d this one and held a 45lb plate for the all lunges. I think I finished in 9:33 (Lucas likes to write my times in Spanish so I blame him for not remembering)
Can’t wait to get back to CFNKY on Thurs. Been working doubles all week and not liking going to globo-gym to do my Crossfit. Had to do “Diane” yesterday. Looking forward to this WOD though.

Dear Santa Claus,
If you won’t bring me an IPAD, please consider a jump rope! How nice it would be to have my very own, “sized just right”, jump rope to practice with every day until I can do DU’s. I promise I will practice because a wod like this getsyou a quick time (in the 8 minute range) but that’s nothin’ if you ain’t got DU’s!
P.S.
I’ve been good most of the year and I’ve improved my Fran time π
meh…I say goΒ for the iPad. I’m pretty sure there’s an app for DU’s. π

Time 6:55 with 50# db
Wow-this took me forever!
rx’d/11:?? with 25# KBs instead of DBs because they were sold out due to our huge & cool 5:30 class π
Time 10:27 for this. Used 20# DB for PP, but I picked up the slack by using them on the lunges as well. Started with DUs (first round), but timing was so off! Switched to SUs for rounds 2 and 3. Great job everyone at 5:30–big crowd today. And thanks Lola for sharing your paleo-treat-thingys!!!
