    I’m glad I’m traveling….Filthy 50 is tough no matter how you slice it.
    A Slightly Soiled 25 would be nice. 🙂

    Barely made it through this one! 36:35ish to get it done. Still need to master the box jump and my KTE and burpees are slop…

    Holy Crap! I’m here…just had to do homework and dinner for the boys after I got home. I did the filthy fifty minus fifteen, so only 35 for me. It wasn’t pretty, but I made it through. Pulled something during the burpees and had to stop. Switched to jump roping. Someone opened the door, so I went outside to do some. Went back to those daggone burpees (p.s. I HATE them), took the gym mat outside and finished those buggers up in the snow flurries. Final time was 37:16. Think that coach Lucas was on his way to take a picture of me passed out outside but I got up before he caught me! 🙂

    It is so easy afterward to say it is just mental. I know I stopped and thought about not moving forward too much. Well maybe by next year I will have a time improvement like Karin.

  • I had already stopped enough in the workout prior that it did not even matter anymore, I was screwed. Next time I will not act like I am Michael Phelps on box jumps
