  • 60 Partner Deadlifts (M/M 405lb, M/F 345lb, F/F 255lb)
  • 50 Box Jump Overs (M/M & M/F 24″, F/F 20″)
  • 40 Toes 2 Bar (Partner #2 must dead hang in order for reps to count)
  • 20 HSPU (Partner #2 must hold handstand in order for reps to count)
  • 10 Turkish Get Ups (53/35)
