With this workout grab a partner of similar strength. You and your partner with have to finish as many rounds of 30 reps of clean and jerks in 15 min. The kicker is that when one person is doing the clean and jerks the other is completing double unders. Also, you have to switch turns after every 5 clean and jerks.
