    Sweat inducing wod! Team WOD w/Stacy and I. 3 complete rounds, she almost got thru her last set of pull-ups and I needed to get mine for the 4th round.

    We used 75# for push-press
    purple band for 1st pull-up set and combo of purple or red thereafter

    Good job 9am!

    Great job Julie. Sorry I held you up with the pull-ups. Purple band for 1st round and red after that.

  • I did yesterdays WOD today. I got through 19 rounds plus the push-ups and lunges. Being away always reminds me how much I love being at CFNKY, see you all soon!

    No hold up Stacy…If I’d started the sequence first, you would’ve been waiting on me! We’ll get stronger on the pull-ups one of these days 🙂

    bear crawl, 55# push press and pullups… only took four rounds to ruin my hands! definitely a tough one!

    Meghan and I did 5 rounds:
    bear crawl
    55# push press
    combo of blue and purple or blue & red bands for pull ups

    Meghan-great job getting in those last 20 pull ups before time ran out 🙂
