Got it in 16: something, these are my three best things!! But with the HSPUs you are tapped after 21 same with Ring Dips so you hit the wall after the 21 HSPUs it was so funny Lucas was watching me. I finished the 21 HSPUs and ran over to the Ring Dips and my arms crumbled.

The HSPU’s thrashed me. Had to use a band for the dips and by the end I couldn’t do two consecutive push ups. No where to go but up. 13: something. Appreciate the encouragement from everyone who finished before me.
Wow! That was a tough one. Did my handstand pushups with two mats. By the end some of those weren’t even worthy of being called hspu’s. Did my ring dips with the purple band.
HSPUs with two mats, red band ring dips, and push ups. right around 11 minutes. First time actually doing HSPU in a wod without bands/the box.. and I stayed on my toes for all but one or two pushups… it was a tough one!

I replaced the HSPU with HS holds (:60 per round), purple band ring dips, and push ups

HSPU w/ 2 ab mats. I agree with Karin, after the 1st round of 21 it didn’t even feel like a HSPU. Red band for dips.
