  • Great work out this morning. Not sure what our time was but Deanna crushed it with 95lb. Signed up for the games although not 100%. As I completed the form my new nano 2.0 arrived perfect timing!

  • Strict weighted pull ups, 45, 55, 65, failed at 75. Did the WOD with the man, the myth, the legend, Doug Lord. Great time! Practiced some snatches with Kevin, who was crushing it as always.

    • Good times my friend. Thanks for pushing me to go a “Baker” Speed.

  • Strict pull-ups with 20,30,45,50. On the WOD, Chad and Thomas pushed me to use 105#.
    Thanks for the help on the Snatches Jeff. Jeremy’s knuckle trick definitely helped with these.
