    DL’s were 155-175-195-215-245 and I did 7 rounds plus 4 pull-ups for the AMRAP. I struggled through every single ring dip….adding those to my list of things to work on! Shout out to Javier on his DL PR!

        Thanks Niki! My deadlifts are getting much better but my ring dips did leave me a little discouraged this am. I had to use the purple band because I can’t do many on the rings unassisted. Working on it though! And I agree, burpees > ringdips anyday 🙂

        • Niki made me do my ring dips w/o purple band and I got 3 rds + 1 RD. It sucked but I will be stronger one day because of it 🙂

  • Came in saw this and was looking forward to it but the 6 am did johns b- day wod. 18 :27 had to do tuck jumps maybe someday I will be able to do du. That’s sounds funny. Great job 6 am class.

    • Dave-jump tucks look like more work than du’s. You’ll get it ’em!
