    Couldn’t make it in this morning but I was able to do this one at home. Had to do the over head squats with no weights.

  • 95, 115, 125, 135, 145 for the OHS – Thomas made 175# look too easy. Kevin and Bryan also looked good doing their thing.
    12 rounds even on the AMRAP. Had to revert to kipping HSPU’s, but I was happy that I was doing them better than I have in the past.

    55/65/70/75/80 – haven’t really worked on OHS much so I didn’t really know where to start. I’m still very awkward and wobbly with them too. Need to work on my flexibility.

    9 rounds even but still doing HSPU’s with a box…..I’ll get there though!
    Kim convinced me to do the Paleo challenge so I’m looking forward to it and hopefully I can kick some booty (even if it is just my own)!
