  • 15:33 on this one. Great job by the 5;30 and 6:30 athletes. My double unders abandoned me tonight. Couldn’t keep up w/Kevin. Great job Jill!!

  • Ok, ok, I get it!!! Learn double unders!!! No more jump knee tucks!!!

  • I did this one at home but I think I did too many lunges. I counted one rep as having done right and left (2-count). In any event, my double unders were vastly improved. 22:57

  • Now that I have caught my breath…19:13. Modified alternating lunges w/o jumping…still a great work out though. And great job to Erica for some awesome jump tucks!
