I did this one at home but I think I did too many lunges. I counted one rep as having done right and left (2-count). In any event, my double unders were vastly improved. 22:57
Now that I have caught my breath…19:13. Modified alternating lunges w/o jumping…still a great work out though. And great job to Erica for some awesome jump tucks!
