Worked out with the 5am class 4:16 on grace @ 135.
Also did 1 mile run with the group and 400m with 50 sit ups in between. They are some motivated runners. Awesome job 5.am.
Also did 10 GHDs and did 8 strict pull ups in a row, trying to get to 15.
