The main WOD looked brutal! I stuck with the OLY work. Starting to feel better about the form some of the time. Still need to get confident getting under the bar.
Wow, kick a$$ wod!! Trying to be like you, yes, you know who you guys are, I pumped my thrusters to #95, bad idea 🙂
