    The main WOD looked brutal! I stuck with the OLY work. Starting to feel better about the form some of the time. Still need to get confident getting under the bar.

  • Wow, kick a$$ wod!! Trying to be like you, yes, you know who you guys are, I pumped my thrusters to #95, bad idea 🙂

      I thought it was a good idea to Kiki. Went 3 rds at 95# and dropped to 75# for last 2 rds 14:48.
      Emily did her first Wod Rx’d
      Pretty proud of her.

  • Very cool that Emily Rx’d the WOD! Did the OLY lifting w/Doug. The lifts are getting better.

    Did the daily WOD. 75# thrusters. Took 14ish min. Man was I moving slow today.
    Nice job 4:30 class!
