There is no CrossFit Kids this Week, sorry for the inconvenience.

Due to the CrossFit Games we are cancelling this weekend classes.

Be sure to check ESPN 3 and the CrossFit Games site to view Kim L. and the games live.

WOD:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes  of:
Run 400 meters
10 Pull-ups
15 Good Mornings or Back Extensions
20 Sit-ups

    4 rounds 15 back extensions great job 530 1st and 2nd heats awesome job to those who got 5 rounds.

  • 5 rounds and the run. Great job by the everyone in the box this afternoon. Nate, Clara and Lauren were tearing it up! Doug, Chad, and Jeremy are beasts!! Looking forward to making up Tuesdays WOD tomorrow. I heard it was an easy one. 🙂
