WOD:
“Tabata Something Else”
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.
T (taryn) and I are enjoying tropical storm “Debbie” down here in Daytona. We have hit the Crossfit Daytona box twice so far!!! Great group of athletes….nothing on the NKY group though!!!
44, 76, 101, 120 = 341 total reps. Purple band pull ups.

Pull ups – 8, Push ups – 8, Sit ups -14, Squats – 17
Some of my pull ups in the last 2 rounds were probably questionable. 🙂 Fun little WOD.
my scores were horrible I started off with 10 pull ups but by the 4th, 5th round I was down to 6 or 7 my final for pull ups was only 5. I think by the 6th round I got burnt out by that muscle. Great work out though
