    Awesome job Karin!!

    I hurt my back during Monday’s workout. Chiropractor said no heavy lifting this week, and this is the WOD that came up — the one that I have been waiting on coming around. Oh, well. Did 500 m row X4 instead. 2:20 2:20 2:26 2:22 My lowest times there.
