  • I think 10:18 or something close. Did the squats with the 40 lb bag. Great job by the 5:30 group. Congrats to Jeremy for busing out some muscle ups.

  • Time 8:47. No extra weight, other than my fat butt. Thanks for the motivation Jeremy. I did some attempts today on the muscle-up and got close, but no cigar. Great job to you!
