Tuesday Schedule Change
NO 0600 AM Class Tuesday We will no longer have an open six am class on Tuesdays. Anyone is welcome to sign up for this class PRIOR to attending.
THIS Saturday From 3:00 PM til 5:00 PM we will be holding a skills class.
This class is For those people who feel that they are not familiar with certain movements and would like to work on their skills.
