  • 95, 115, 135, failed at 145. Did some ring dips and some squats.

    Last PR for shoulder press was 155, new PR 170 respectively. Also I seen my baseline from my first day at crossfit was 6:30. You know after seeing that I had to do again Haha. I managed to cruise through it in 3:40 something. Nice job cory with your double unders.
