    10:15. Great working out with Nick, Kristin and Doug. My hanging power snatches were not pretty, but they got done.

  • time 9:38. Thought I did pretty good on this workout…..till I watched Tommy smoke it in less than 8 minutes. BTW the box looks great all re-organized.

    Getting stronger with the weight, just need to get a little less scared of the bar dropping on my head when I get under it. 🙂
