When: Every Thursday 6:30 pm.
How much: FREE of charge and is open to members of other CrossFit Gyms and CrossFit athletes training at the Y or Globo gyms.
What do I need to do: If this is your first time at CFNKY get here early to sign a waiver and bring something to hydrate yourself.

Lifted with Becky tonight. Got to 95# for 2 reps. That’s a PR, so I’ll count it. Would have liked to get 3 reps, though.
