  • 11:32 Rx’d (I listened to my body, which is tired after yesterday, and kept it simple).

  • 9:52 Rxd, sort of. Apparently my squats were two steps short. Oh well, still pleased w/the effort.

  • 13:38. Threw in 15 pull ups for fun 😀 . Felt great today. Fun 4:30 class!

    Finished my crossfit total today with deadlifts
    1 rep max 270#
    550 total.
    Great job 4:30,5:30 and 6:30 class!!

    Finished in 16 something and today my butt cheeks hate my guts…..
