    No fear Mark…just a lot of running…as fast as you can.

    135-145-155-165-175 x3
    Worked on getting low squats today. Didn’t make my normal weight but I am certain I wasn’t going low enough back in Dec.

    Skipping this one because of my back. Trying to talk Steve into doing a home WOD with me. He hasn’t been to CrossFit in at least a month so I am not feeling very confident. 🙂

    A lot of sets but I had to keep going!!

  • 330×3 for BS and 1:32 to 1:42 for the 400m runs at the end. I died at 200m mark every time.

  • Got up to 245#. The 400M runs = 1:23, 1:27, 1:30 and 1:27. Mark was a beast on those back squats. Enjoyed watching Tommy and Doug kill the 400M runs.

    Back Squats:
    125/135/145/155/165 & I still had about 10-20 pounds left in me, but didn’t want to push my luck!

    I didn’t do the mini-wod…my ankles can’t handle it these days. Tried to run again this weekend & it was a no-go!

    I did yesterday’s WOD instead & it took me forever! 16:2? I tried to really focus on SDHPs since everyone’s back was hurting today & purple band ring dips are getting really hard for me, but happy to still do them!

    It was a fun crew tonight & happy to see Sarah…it’s been forever 🙂

    BS 95, 105, 115, 125, and 135.

    Loved the mini Wod..y’all would shoot me but I say more running! 1:52, 1:49, 1:50, and 1:49.

    Great job today Chad, Chris and Megan S.

    Completed 285 3x’s. That was my old one rep max, so i’m excited about that progress.

    The running:
    1st Lucas, I should have wore my shirt from yesterday!!! The one you were making fun of.
    1:45, 1:54, 2:06, 1:5?????. A definite improvement for me. Last time 3 of the 4 were over 2:00. Still cannot believe Megan S snuck right by me at the end, so I am still the CABOOSE! I almost pulled it out, good effort at the end Megan! I will get you next time.

    Haha Chris! I still say it was a tie. 🙂 Good job everyone at the 4:30. BS – 95,105,115,125,135. The last round on the sprints were 1:58..
